Breeders Club Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable for all members joining the breeders club;
NutroScience Responsibilities;
1. To supply DogSense and or any other NutroScience Dog Food products (as agreed between NutroScience and member) to a registered breeder (KUSA registered and or any other official Breeders Organization recognized by Nutroscience) for own use only in his or her kennel at a reduced Breeders Price* as determined and approved by NutroScience from time to time;
2. To provide Breeder Club members with Puppy Packs* on the condition that DogSense and or any other NutroScience products are used by the Breeder in his or her kennel.
(*the breeders price and or any other benefit offered within the breeders club are subject to change at the sole discretion of NutroScience without any prior notification.)
Breeder Club Member Responsibilities;
1. To use DogSense and or any other Nutroscience Dog Food products in his or her kennel and breeding program;
2. To promote and support NutroScience (and its products) at all times;
3. To notify NutroScience in advance (at least 14 days) of delivery of puppies to a new owner, the quantity of puppy packs required;
4. To supply each new puppy owner with a puppy pack and to recommend the product in their feeding schedule to any new puppy owner;
5. To allow NurtoScience to use photographs of their dogs in any promotional and or advertising material;
6. Not to resell the product bought through this club or program at a margin to any member of the public unless such a breeder is an approved Dealer of NutroScience products;
General Conditions:
1. Any product delivered to a breeder will be on a C.O.D. basis;
2. Only one (1) free delivery per month in a 150 km radius from the nearest NutroScience approved Distribution depot will be allowed;
3. Any additional orders can be collected from the closest distribution depot at own cost. Alternatively a delivery from NutroScience or the closest depot can be arranged at a rate of R2.90 per kilometer for both ways of travel;
4. The terms and conditions as set out in this document will be binding to the Breeder and the Breeder will sign this terms and conditions as a contract between him / her and NutroScience for at least one (1) year from date of joining the Breeders Club.
Termination of Membership:
1. The breeder may resign from the Breeders Club by giving written notice explaining the reason for resigning from the Breeders Club;
2. Nutroscience may terminate the membership of a breeder to the Club should the member fail to adhere to the terms and conditions as set out in this contract.
